Let's talk.

How to reach us
Email is the only channel we publish: houdrik@gmail.com. We read every inbound message and reply within one business day, often the same day. Tell us what you want to build, what you want to fix, or what you want a second opinion on. A paragraph is plenty.
If a call is easier than writing, ask for one in the email and we will schedule a 20-minute discovery call within a day or two. We deliberately do not publish a phone number or a chat handle — keeping inbound in one place is how we stay responsive.
What to send us
You do not need a deck, a brief, a Figma, or a budget. We can work with very little — a paragraph and a sketch is fine. If you do have artefacts already, share them, but please don't delay reaching out because you're "not ready yet".
Useful things to mention if you have them:
- What outcome would you call this engagement successful? A revenue number, a user count, a regulator deadline, a launch window — anything specific.
- What does your current technical situation look like? A working product, a half-built one, a Figma, a contract on someone's desk.
- What is your timeline pressure? "We need it for September" is more useful than "as soon as possible".
- Is there a fixed budget ceiling we should know about? We're happy to scope down to a budget when that's the constraint.
What to expect after reaching out
Within one business day: a reply from one of the senior engineers who would lead your engagement. Not from a sales team, not from an account manager, not from a chatbot.
Within five business days, if there's mutual interest: a 30-minute call to talk through the shape of the work. By the end of that call, you should know roughly what engagement model fits (fixed-scope project, retainer, one-week scoping engagement) and roughly what the timeline and cost shape look like.
Within ten business days: a written proposal if the call goes well. Concrete scope, person-week estimate, milestone plan, risk register.
We will tell you honestly if we don't think we are the right fit. We turn down about 40% of inbound engagements — usually because the timeline, scope, or technical premise isn't well-matched to how we work. When that happens we'll often suggest someone better suited; we have a small network of trusted operators across adjacent specialities.
Who answers
Whoever has capacity on the inbound rotation that day. Always one of the senior engineers, never an intermediary. The person who replies first is usually the person who would lead the engagement if we work together.
What we do not do
- We do not send "did you get a chance to look at this?" follow-up emails. If you go silent, we assume you have other priorities. Come back when you're ready.
- We do not run cold outreach. Every engagement we take on is inbound.
- We do not do unpaid sales discovery calls beyond the first 30 minutes. If a project needs more than that to scope, we offer a paid one-week scoping engagement that produces a structured proposal regardless of whether we then build it.
Take it from prototype to production.
Reply within one business day. Vibecoded MVP, AI-built draft, half-finished project, or a working product that's starting to crack — all welcome.
